Anthony Lorello - Owner
Anthony has been in the garage door business since 1995. In 2020, he decided to venture out on his own and founded American Platinum Door & Gate.
In his spare time, Anthony enjoys spending time with his family and children, coaching his sons baseball team, and likes to go boating, jet skiing, and ride his ATV!
Kelly Ondich - Controller
Kelly has worked with American Platinum for 5 years. Her favorite thing about her job is the family like environment. She loves her work family.
Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family, her husband Mark, and her three dogs - Trigger, Stuart, and Cheese!
Ken Bierce - General Manager
Ken has been with AP Door & Gate for just a little over a year. He loves learning about all the different businesses in Northeast Ohio and meeting the people who make them sucessful.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, woodworking, 3D printing, riding his motorcycle, hunting, golfing, bee keeping, and working on his family farm!
Hunter Stiltner - Service Manager
Hunter has been with American Platinum for 4 years. His favorite thing is working with a great group of people and enjoys seeing the finished product of the techs hard work.
His favorite things to do outside of work are golf, fish, hunt and drink beer!
Stefan Yopp - Senior Account Manager
Stefan has been with AP Door & Gate for 2.5 years and enjoys the family like environment with everyone he works with.
In his spare time, he enjoys hanging out with his family and friends!
Connie Lorello - Inside Sales / Accounts Receivable
Connie has been with American Platinum since the first days of operation. Her favorite thing is she enjoys the flexibility of working remotely. She said her coworkers are nice and fun to be around. Everyone works well together and respects each others position's in the company.
Outside of work, Connie likes to go to the Metro Parks and hike the trails when she can. She also loves to reach romance novels and spend quality time with her grandchildren. Family is everything to her!
Mitch Crock - Service Technician
Mitch has been with American Platinum for a little under 1 year. His favorite thing about working here is the fun environment created by his coworkers.
In his spare time, Mitch enjoys playing video games and spending time outside!
Ethan Deschene - Service Technician
Ethan has been a service tech for American Platinum for 5 months and his favorite thing are his coworkers.
Outside of work, Ethan enjoys spending time with his fiance, golfing with coworkers and playing video games!
Alec McNally - Service Technician
Alec has been with American Platinum for a month and said his favorite thing has been getting to know everyone. He enjoyed learning how to do everything with garage doors and gates. He loves taking the opportunity to help and learn more about the trade. He loves doing repairs and installs for residential customers and enjoys learning how to do commercial work.
In his spare time, Alec likes bowling, golfing and spending time with his family and siblings. He loves watching and making YouTube videos (check out his YouTube Channel!) and he loves hanging out with his friends!
Logan Thomas - Service Technician
Logan has been with American Platinum for 2 months. His favorite thing about American Platinum is hanging out with his coworkers and learning things about doors and gates that will help him in the future.
Outside of work, Logan plays basketball, likes hanging out with his friends, plays 2k and enjoys spending time with his family!
